For this residential tower in Brooklyn, we designed the 5,000 square foot, 5th floor terrace. The amenity space includes a large outdoor dining area with a stone clad grill and cooking area, a custom designed play structure with two slides, a rock climbing wall and extensive landscaping.   The planting defines the terrace spaces with a row of flowering dogwoods, multi-stem birch trees and a multitude of herbaceous perennials and grasses for seasonal color and interest.
