The renovation for this public senior housing project in the City of Elizabeth was designed to enhance the outdoor communal spaces and gardens. We removed paving to provide for extensive new landscaping.  The landscape is a predominantly native plant palette with no irrigation.  We have also added new seating areas and a community garden.
