A large central courtyard connects two large Class A Office buildings. The renovation included extensive landscape enhancements, repurposing an old concrete fountain with a central planting feature and new stone seat wall and three new stone patio areas for outdoor dining and impromptu meetings. The new plantings have added a layered dimension to an otherwise bland landscape of trees and lawn with colorful herbaceous perennials, shrubs, flowering trees and a rain garden to capture stormwater.
