A new plaza and front entry for a student housing complex near the NYU Langone Hospital.   The plaza is open to the sidewalk and thus becomes part of the streetscape.  Tiered Limestone planters that frame the plaza are used for seating.   Extensive new landscaping provides seasonal interest with a combination of evergreen shrubs, Birch trees and colorful herbaceous perennials.
