Green Roof Award of Excellence

This project in a resort community on the New Jersey Shore, encompasses almost two acres of landscaped plaza over top a parking garage. The space is created between three seven story condominium buildings abutting the Atlantic Ocean in Cape May County and a town house development on the other side. The gardens include lagoons, fountains, pool, spas, seating areas, outdoor dining areas and extensive landscaping. We were brought in to redesign the plaza, because the buildings were undergoing a complete renovation to the roof structure. Our team created a sustainable rooftop garden that enhances the seaside garden environment while maintaining its functionality and high aesthetic value.
